How the automated emails work
- Each morning the system checks which of your contacts have a birthday or holiday due.
- Messages go out from your connected Gmail account, using the template you chose.
- Contacts who prefer Spanish receive the Spanish template when you have set one.
- Nobody receives the same birthday or holiday message twice in the same year.
- Contacts without an email address, or without a date of birth for birthdays, are skipped.
