I-InsureCRM is designed exclusively for licensed insurance agents and insurance professionals. You must be of legal age and authorized to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws.

You retain all ownership rights to the client data you input into I-InsureCRM. We act as a data processor on your behalf and do not sell, rent, or trade your client data to third parties.

You are responsible for ensuring all client data complies with applicable laws (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA if applicable), obtaining necessary consents, and using the platform in compliance with insurance industry regulations.

Optional integration with Google services (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) is available on Growth Pro and Elite plans. By connecting, you authorize us to access and process your Google data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We offer three subscription tiers: Starter Agent ($9.99/mo), Growth Pro ($24.99/mo), and Elite ($39.99/mo). All plans include a 14-day free trial. Fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable.

You agree not to engage in unlawful activities, send spam, infringe on intellectual property rights, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems. Violations may result in account termination.
